Go Behind the Scenes

At Vermont Counseling Networks, we pride ourselves on hosting high-quality clinical trainings and seminars that empower our local community of therapists. Our Event Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring these sessions run smoothly, allowing our speakers and attendees to focus on professional growth and CEU requirements.

In this role, you will assist the speaker during transitions, manage registration for our Vermont CEU workshops, and ensure every attendee has a seamless experience from the moment they park their car to the moment they receive their certificate.

Mandatory Team Orientation

To ensure an excellent learning experience for our attendees, all Event Support Team members must attend a brief Orientation & Logistics Meeting via Zoom prior to the training date.

Requirement: Attendance at this meeting is mandatory. During this session, we will walk through the digital check-in process, parking protocols, and the event schedule. If you are unable to attend the Zoom orientation, we ask that you please select a standard registration ticket instead.

The specific date and time for the orientation can be found in the "Event Details" section of the main training page.
