2:00 PM | Restorative Break A brief pause to process insights and refresh.
2:15 PM | Clinical Assessment & The Social Audit Toolkit Focus: Transform relational health assessments by applying the NASEM-backed SOCIAL Framework to your practice, enabling you to build evidence-based, tiered social prescriptions directly from your client’s unique community landscape.
3:15 PM | Reflective Pause A moment of quiet integration before our final session.
3:30 PM | Applied Clinical Integration & Large Group Debrief Focus: Refine your clinical application of the 'Community as Intervention' model through small-group case work, leaving with a clear, ethical plan for addressing social determinants of health within your specific scope of practice.

Community
Expanding the Scope of Care
Isolation is the enemy of recovery—for both the client and the clinician. Learn actionable ways to help your clients engage with their local environments while simultaneously developing your own "community of colleagues." We explore how a robust professional network acts as a clinical intervention in itself, reducing provider burnout and improving client outcomes.
